- New Ship Store and Fuel Dock – NOW OPEN for all your boating needs.
- 150 New Slips – Providing more space for boaters to relax and explore.
- 125 Replacement Slips – Upgrading existing slips for better service and safety.
- Refloatation of All Docks – Ensuring stability and safety for all vessels.
- New Breakwater – Protecting the marina and boats from the elements.
- State of the art firefighting system for added safety and security for our boaters and their investments. Approved by Texas, county of Denton and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
- Utility Upgrades Across the Docks – Enhancing power, water, and other essential services for greater convenience and safety.
